Can I get a refund for products used beyond 120 days?
No, the guarantee only applies to 4 months worth of products used over 120-day consecutive period. We do not guarantee refunds for products used after this period.
How long does the refund take?
Once your claim is accepted, refund through the original payment method typically takes 1-2 working days. A different payment method may take longer.
How should I take the photos?
Your before and after photos must be taken of the root of your hairline and at the same angle, with hair parted the same way, in similar light. If photos do not meet this criteria, we are unable to make an accurate assessment of your progress and cannot issue a refund. If your photos show no improvement, and you have less than 30% gray hair, we will issue a one-time refund for up to 4 months of purchases.
What if I don't have any photos?
Please collect as many photos as possible in the first place. If you don't have 1 photo per month, please try to find an old photo as the ’before’ photo just to see how you looked like before, and a recent photo for the ‘after’ photo.
I got an allergic reaction, can I apply for this Anti-Gray Guarantee?

What are the conditions?
The conditions are laid out above: document your progress, use daily, apply maximum 60 days after your eligible purchase, maximum 4 months are covered.
To qualify for the Anti-Gray Guarantee you need to submit your claim maximum 60 days after the 120 days.
The Anti-Gray Guarantee only covers the products it takes to complete the 120 days. Therefore a maximum of 4 bottles, Bundles, or Kits will be covered.
To process the Anti-Gray Guarantee you will need to provide images that document your progress, or lack thereof, using our Anti-Gray products.
