How do I cancel my subscription?
To avoid any future subscription charges, cancellation must occur 48 hours prior to your next ship date.
First, login to your heyhair.co account and select 'My Subscriptions.' From there, you will be taken to your subscription dashboard.
You can also sign in to your subscription portal here. Just enter your email and a code will be sent.
Once in the dashboard, locate the subscription product you wish to cancel. Click 'View Details' on the subscription you would like to cancel.
Then scroll to the bottom and you will see a 'Cancel Subscription' button. Just click that and you can easily cancel your subscription.
How can I change my delivery date?
First, login to your heyhair.co account and select 'My Subscriptions.' From there, you will be taken to your subscription dashboard.
You can also sign in to your subscription portal here. Just enter your email and a code will be sent.
Once there, click on the subscription you would like to edit.
In the subscription you will see multiple options as below:
To edit your delivery date, just click the 'Re-schedule' button and you can pick a new date. The frequency will stay the same.
If you ordered a 3 Month Subscription, all future orders in that subscription will now be based off this new schedule - every 3 months for example.
Just pick your new date, and your next order and all following orders will be sent based on the date and the interval of your subscription.
Please note, you can not change the actual subscription. For instance, you can not change your 3 Month Subscription to be delivered monthly. You will have to purchase a 1 Month Subscription for that.
How do I pause my subscription?
You can now pause your subscription and reactivate at any time. Pausing means you’ll still have access to all of your subscription perks.
First, login to your heyhair.co account and select 'My Subscriptions.' From there, you will be taken to your subscription dashboard.
You can also sign in to your subscription portal here. Just enter your email and a code will be sent.
Once in your subscription, just scroll down to the bottom and you will see a 'Pause' button. Just click that to confirm you would like to pause, and you will be prompted with a timeframe as shown below.
You may select one of the options or choose a custom amount of time.
To unpause at any time, just enter your subscription and click 'Resume subscription' pictured below.
Can I swap my subscription product for another?
Yes! You can easily adjust your product selection at any time.
To edit your subscription products you'll first need to login to your heyhair.co account and select 'My Subscriptions.' From there, you will be taken to your subscription dashboard.

Once in the dashboard, locate the subscription product you wish to edit. Click 'Edit details' to access your subscription, then under Subscription details, find the product you want to edit, and click the 'Edit' button.
After you click edit, you will see a few options for your subscription.
To swap your product for another, just click the 'Swap' button and search for your product you'd like to switch out for, then confirm the selection by clicking the "Confirm swap' button.
Can I add another product to my current subscription?
Yes! You can easily adjust your product selection at any time.

Once in the dashboard, locate the subscription product you wish to edit. Click 'Edit details' to access your subscription.
In the main area you will see 'Subscriber Exclusive Deals'.
These are both one-time products and subscription products.
To view all the available products, just click 'See more products' and you will be shown a list of the products you can add to your subscription either one-time or as part of a recurring order.
When you select your item, you will have a choice between adding it as a one-time item or into a recurring subscription, if that is available for the product.
Just click the 'Add' button at the bottom and it will be added to your next order!
I have multiple subscriptions, can I consolidate these into one?
Yes, we now offer the ability to merge your subscriptions into one combined shipment.
To merge 2 or more of your subscriptions you’ll first need to login to your heyhair.co account and select 'My Subscriptions.' From there, you will be taken to your subscription dashboard.
You can also sign in to your subscription portal here. Just enter your email and a code will be sent.
Once in the dashboard, if you have subscriptions that are able to merge, you will see a 'Merge Subscriptions' button right under 'Active Subscriptions'.
Click that button and choose the subscriptions you would to merge into one.

How do I update my subscription payment method?
First, login to your heyhair.co account and select 'My Subscriptions.' From there, you will be taken to your subscription dashboard.
You can also sign in to your subscription portal here. Just enter your email and a code will be sent.
Once in the dashboard, locate the subscription product you wish to edit. Click 'View Details' on the subscription you would like to update.
Then look for the 'Payment details' section of the subscription.
You can either update your payment method, or change your payment method if you already have multiple payment methods in our store.
If you want to update your payment method to a new one, click the 'Update' button and a pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your choice.
Once you hit confirm, we will send a email to your registered email address with a secure link to update your payment method.

A confirmation box will appear, select ‘OK’ to proceed with pausing your subscription.
To unpause at any time, repeat these steps to select 'Resume'.
Can I combine separate subscription orders into one shipment?
Yes, we now offer the ability to merge your subscriptions into one combined shipment.

How to add exclusive one-time items to your subscription
First, login to your heyhair.co account and select 'My Subscriptions.' From there, you will be taken to your subscription dashboard.
You can also sign in to your subscription portal here. Just enter your email and a code will be sent.
Once in the dashboard, locate the subscription product you wish to edit. Click 'View Details' to open the subscription.
In the subscription area, you will see a section called 'Subscriber Exclusive Deals'.
These are discounts and perks that are only available to subscribers and we change them often and introduce new products here first.
Just scroll through the products or click 'See more products' and you can add as many to your order as you would like.
These are both one-time and subscription options, you have a choice depending on the product.
The one-time additions have the exclusive discounts.
Once you find a product you'd like to add, just click 'Select' and then you will see under Purchase options 'Add one-time'.
Click the 'Add one-time' button and this product will be added to your next delivery only.
